On February 1, 2024, Gerber Paper officially acquired PRC, marking an exciting new chapter for both businesses. This acquisition aligns with Gerber Paper’s strategic vision to diversify its product offerings and enhance service capabilities. Operations were successfully relocated to Gerber Paper’s warehouse in Germiston, on August 16, 2024, fully integrating PRC into Gerber Paper’s well-established infrastructure. This move streamlines production, enhances efficiency, and strengthens Gerber Paper’s position in the market.
